We may be able to arrange an expedited production service for urgent orders. In some cases, custom pieces can be completed and shipped within around 7 days after design approval, followed by express delivery depending on your location.

How the Custom Order Process Works
Our process is similar to ordering a custom piece through a marketplace like Etsy — but instead of placing your order on a third-party platform, your custom jewelry is created and purchased directly through the official ORLUEUR website.
Step 1 — Share Your Idea
Start a WhatsApp conversation with us and send:
📸 Your inspiration photos
💰 Your budget
📏 Your size (if needed)
⏰ Your preferred timeline
We will discuss the design possibilities and provide recommendations based on your needs.
Step 2 — Confirm Design & Price
Once we understand your idea, we will confirm:
- Final design details
- Materials and gemstone options
- Estimated production time
- Final price
Step 3 — Receive Your Personal Custom Listing
After everything is confirmed, we will create a private custom product listing on the ORLUEUR website specifically for you.
You will receive a link to your custom listing, where you can:
- Review your order details
- Complete payment securely through our website checkout
- Have your order officially recorded in our system
Just like a custom order on Etsy — except your purchase happens directly through ORLUEUR.
Step 4 — CAD Approval & Production
After your order is placed:
- Within 48 hours, we'll send you a CAD rendering via email or WhatsApp for final approval.
- You give the thumbs up → we start making it.
- Production: 10–14 days
- Global shipping: 2–5 business days.
