To ensure your personalized ring is perfect, after you place your order, we will contact you via email to confirm your chosen initial and surface finish (Polished or Matte). We will then create and send a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing for your final approval. Production will only begin once you are 100% satisfied with the design.

Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we鈥檒l take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we鈥檒l send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
